How it Works:
  • Stay Updated: When a product on your waitlist comes back in stock, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Add to Cart: Once notified, you can add the product to your cart directly from this page.
  • No Reservation: Please note, waitlisting a product does not reserve it for you. To secure the product, make sure to purchase it once it's in stock.

        Freight charges are determined by the value of your order (pre-GST) and your delivery destination below:*

        VIC: Metro – 5% | Regional – 6%
        NSW: Metro – 7% | Regional – 8%
        QLD: Metro – 11% | Regional – 13%
        WA: Metro – 10% | Regional – 13%
        SA: Metro + Regional – 8%
        TAS: Metro + Regional – 10%
        NT: Metro + Regional – 13%
        NEW ZEALAND: National Freight – 8%
        *Freight charges are subject to change.

        Should you wish to collect your order from our third-party warehouse, Cross Docks Australia, you are most welcome. Please remember to advise us at the time of placing your order.

        Please note the below collection details:

        • Cross Docks will need at least 24hrs to pick the order and have it ready for you to pick up, and you will need to collect your order within 24hrs of receiving the invoice.
        • The warehouse address is: 200 Australis Drive, Derrimut – entry is Warehouse 11A Leo Court, Derrimut
