Freight Charges
Freight charges are determined by the value of your order (pre-GST) and your delivery destination below:*
VIC: Metro – 5% | Regional – 6%
NSW: Metro – 7% | Regional – 8%
QLD: Metro – 11% | Regional – 13%
WA: Metro – 10% | Regional – 13%
SA: Metro + Regional – 8%
TAS: Metro + Regional – 10%
NT: Metro + Regional – 13%

Should you wish to collect your order from our third-party warehouse, Cross Docks Australia, you are most welcome. Please remember to advise us at the time of placing your order.
Please note the below collection details:
– Cross Docks will need at least 24hrs to pick the order and have it ready for you to pick up, and you will need to collect your order within 24hrs of receiving the invoice.
– The warehouse address is: 200 Australis Drive, Derrimut – entry is Warehouse 11A Leo Court, Derrimut
How long will it take to receive my order?
All goods are shipped from a third-party warehouse in Derrimut, Victoria, Australia.
We will make every effort to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
Estimated transit times are as follows:
Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro: 1-3 business days
Regional NSW, VIC, QLD & ACT: 2-4 business days
Country NSW, VIC, QLD & SA: 3-5 business days
TAS, WA, NT & North QLD: 7-10 business days
NOTE: All transit times listed above are a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Please allow for longer delivery times during holidays and peak periods.
Credits/Shortages
Please submit your claim to sales@pilbeam.com.au and quote the relevant invoice number. No claims or refunds will be recognised unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If your item/s arrive damaged, please take a picture of the damage and attach it to the email, along with a description of the damage and the product code. If there is a shortage to your order, please include, in the email, the product code and description of the missing item.
Freight Charges
Freight costs to all destinations in New Zealand are 5% of the value of your order until end of August 2023 and 10% thereafter.*
We do not currently offer collection from the distribution centre in Auckland.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All goods are shipped from a third-party warehouse in Derrimut, Victoria, Australia, to a distribution warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. We are currently consolidating shipments on a monthly basis, during the final week of the month, to the distribution centre in Auckland. The estimated transit time for your order is approximately 3 weeks, starting from its departure from Derrimut, Victoria, until it reaches your store.
We will make every effort to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
