Thank you for opening an account with our company. We know that you will be extremely satisfied with our line of products and services we provide our customers. Our terms and conditions for opening an account with our company are: First transaction will be COD followed by a 30 day account once your credit application has been approved.

Pilbeam Living accepts the following payment methods;
– Cheque
– Credit card payments, Visa and MasterCard – no surcharge
– Direct deposit transfer into our account

For returns of items purchased, these must be reported within 7 days of receiving the stock. We cannot accept returns for normal wear and tear or change of mind.

Our minimum order value requirements are $300 pre-GST and excluding freight charges. Each item’s default minimum quantity is the inner pack and must be ordered in multiples of that quantity.

For us to send out back orders, please note that the minimum order requirement is $150 pre-GST and excluding freight charges. Pilbeam Living reserves the right to hold back orders until a minimum of $150 excluding GST is available to dispatch.

All our prices on the website are shown as GST exclusive, but please note that GST is charged on all invoices.

Each product on the Pilbeam Living website is a representation of the actual product. We attempt to display product images as accurately as possible, however, the colour of the actual product may slightly vary from the image due to lighting and different devices you might be using. Please note, pictures of products were taken in different light conditions and using various photographic equipment. Computer screens have different individual settings that moderate colours and patterns independently.
